Just wanted to say thanks to Ian and the team.
Ian worked very hard to get the right deal for me and even put himself out to help with the delivery too. My new bike (1200 Sport) was very well prepared and exactly as described, which is always a concern when buying unseen from a distance.
He has always been at the end of the phone for any questions and his knowledge and enthusiasm for Moto Guzzi are second to none. This is the kind of service you used to get, but don't when buying from the corporate sheds

Ian has been servicing my 08 SXV550 to an exceptional standard getting as many BHP's as possible, even though the bike wasn't purchased from them. He will shortly be preparing it for competing in the BEMSEE Thunderbikes race series for 09. The team are all highly professional and can't do enough to help. Keep up the good work and ill see you soon. Thanks Mark

Maxmoto serviced my 04 mille in 2005 and did a great job. Different bike riding it home - the only problem with them is that ride home is 140 miles, and always seems to be raining and freezing cold! Wish you were nearer, totally recommended - best Aprilia dealer i've used but too far from North Notts!

Had my 03 Mille given a full service (plus new tyres), and the difference is amazing. The I nearly wrenched my arms off on the A14 back to Ipswich. On top of this the brakes are now sooo sharp. The whole thing feels brand new!
Thanks a lot guys.

I have only been to max moto a couple of times to purchase my scooter but these guys are great. They advised me on the best scooter to buy for me personally and their honest advice was fantastic. When i get a bigger motorbike i am definately going to these guys. They're great.

I have only been to m/moto a few times, mainly for parts, but have to agree with all the comments, there is definitely something special about the place, rarely do you find honest, caring, friendly bike shop owners, can't wait for my next service as it will deffo be getting the star treatment...Just one bad thing to say.....The road from mine to bury is terrible...:-)

A huge thank you to everyone at Max Moto! Took my Mille for a service and tune up and I thought I'd been given the wrong bike, performance and power is now outrageous, not to mention the sound, in fact I'm still grinning from the ride hame. I must also say how fantastic the cutomer service is to go with it. Thanks again guys, see ya soon.

A huge Thank You to Ian and all at Max Moto who have really pulled out all the stops to sort out the bodywork on my Tuono. In the pit of customer service that is Aprilia UK it is fantastic to be put in touch with people who do exactly what they say they will, when they promise to! Not only a restoration job that puts the original finish to shame but great cutomer service to go with it. Thanks again.

This message is bought to you by a very happy bunny who cant remove the smile from his face that has been stuck there since saturday 25 march when i picked up my new RSVR . I lack the vocabulary to explain just how good this bike is,its just a quantam leap from my cbr600 even while carefuly running her in i.e below 6k revs. I bought this bike before i'd even tried it (on ian's recomendation) and like simon (see post below )I did have some little nagging doubts that "had i done the right thing" well ive done
ABSO!!FU£KING!!LUETLY THE RIGHT THING
BIG THANKS IAN
(btw i could have had a test ride when ever i wanted but it was very cold and im a bit of a girl when it comes to getting cold)

Its been a long time waiting for it but I picked up the Griso today. Having spent £7500 on a bike that I had not riden I was rather worried if I would like it or no. All I can say after todays 70 freezing miles is WWWWHHHHHHOOOOO. Now thats a good bike, everthing writen about it so far is correct, agile handling stonking engine (though still carfully running in) great riding position and the fact that in town everyone looks at it. I thought it might feel a bit heavy and difficult to change direction but it flicks quick enough for Cadwell Park no problems. Thanks to Ian, Jason, Nathen for getting it ready and to Senga for the T shirt. If you see a Guzzi with a big smile riding it that will be meeeee.

Thanks to Ian for giving me first class service and help. Not only did he understand my jibber about my rs 125 clutch, he diagnosed the problem over the phone. Suggested the part I needed and send a picci of the fella. It does not stop there either over the phone he suggested of how I might fit the part myself. And stone-me went very well and its my first clutch I have worked on.
Thanks again to Ian and the rest of the max motor team. Going of now to clean the back room and go for a ride.
Thanks again
james

during my first full service of my Falco Ian and the guys found the after market cans that had been fitted by a dealer where i originally bought the the bike(multi-franchise)had not been set up even with a new chip fitted. as a consequence the Falco ran so lean and hot on the dyno that Ian thought he was going up with the cans. one did indeed break up through no fault of Max Moto. as a result these guys took a second day to refit my original system and chip giving me back a well sorted and serviced Falco for me to enjoy. the level of customer care i received from Ian and all at Max Moto was of such a high standard that for as long as i own an Aprilia my bike is going nowhere but here. thanks Guys fantastic job and i will be recommending you to all i see,all the best, Alan

Was in the shop last week and must say that all the guys there are the tops giving free information and generally just wanting to have a chat (as long as you spend some money LOL).
I am now the proud owner a new RST leathers, AGV lid, gloves and boots. During the selction stage of all of this the guys even supplied me with beer and the wife and kids with drinks, even let me take me daughters picture on a bike.
Well done lads I can see this place going from strength to strength.

This is just to say thanks for all your help and advice when we came to look at an RS50 today (bloke with beard+teenage son). You helped convince my son that he was better off with a scooter. After heaps of sulking and a few tantrums we didn't come back to the shop today. I will definitly recomend you to everyone. Thanks again for being so honest and helpful - Mark.
