This beautiful light, easy to wear and superbly protective helmet is the perfect match for the touring and racing spirit for which all Moto Guzzi stand out. The distinctive new design, different from all other system helmets, is not just a matter of style. The spherical shape is the result of extensive wind tunnel testing, which has kept size down and achieved excellent aerodynamics. The futuristic form has been made possible by a patented operating mechanism. When the helmet is opened, the chin bar retracts and locks in a position that keeps the centre of gravity at the point that guarantees maximum riding comfort. Even with the helmet open there is no annoying turbulence or "sail effect". The chin bar opening system has two safety buttons that must be pressed together to open and close the helmet, so there is no risk of unwanted helmet operation. The chin guard locks in position automatically when raised or lowered, with no need for force or pressure. The helmet is fitted with two adjustable air vents at the top of the head and on the chin. The inners are removable and washable and are made from the best quality hypoallergenic textile. The scratch proof, mist proof visor is made from high strength materials to the highest homologation standards. The chinstrap features a quick release mechanism. The lining is made from special sound absorbing polymers for maximum riding comfort and the shell is made from polycarbon materials for maximum impact resistance. The helmet's morphology and ergonomics and the shape of the shell ensure maximum protection against impacts from any angle as well as guaranteeing easy in fitting and removal and maximum wearing comfort. The Moto Guzzi helmet carries all necessary certifications (ECE 22-05) and conforms to the highest homologation standards. The helmet weights 1,450 kg. The Moto Guzzi helmet is available in all sizes from XS (53/54) to XL (61/62). The helmet features a single graphic finish but comes in a choice silver, red or black, in perfect Moto Guzzi style.
